Support all-hazards planning for natural disasters, cyber incidents, supply chain disruptions, and man-made threats.

Design and facilitate tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises to test plans, leadership decision-making, and interagency coordination.
Develop realistic scenarios and master scenario event lists (MSELs), and evaluation criteria tailored to client missions.
Deliver customized training on emergency management, continuity planning, and risk management best practices.
Lead after-action reviews (AARs) and capture lessons learned to strengthen preparedness capabilities.
